I was very disappointed to read what
Rep. John Murtha (Democrat - Pennsylvania) had to say today. I think he is wrong on
all counts and I hope he lives to regret the words.
“Our military is suffering, the future of our country is at risk.
You are wrong and should be ashamed for such saying so.
We cannot continue on the present course.
We can do anything we put our minds too. There is nothing we can’t do. We have proven
that. It is only when our elected representatives start to wobble that we start having
problems. Fortunately we have elections to deal with those problems.
It is evident that continued military action in Iraq is not in the best interests
of the United States of America, the Iraqi people or the Persian Gulf region.”
Wrong again. You are so wrong on this. It is in the best interest of everyone involved.
I am sorry to see what is suppose to be a loyal opposition, to continue to travel
down this road. It is also sad to see that some of our elected representatives have
the same goals as our enemies. Shame on anyone who support the lines that Rep. Murtha
uttered today. Shame!
