It’s a Christmas Tree
It’s NOT a Holiday Tree.
This is NOT the celebration of holiday. The holiday is the celebration of Christmas.
I was glad to see that someone in political office finally had the brass to say it. Sort of.
Hastert, R-Ill., in a letter to the Architect of the Capitol, recommended that the annual Capitol Holiday Tree, as it has been called the past several years, be renamed the Capitol Christmas Tree.
The only thing I would of done different would have been to demand it. But I guess that is why he is in the position he is in and I am — well……
In any case, it’s a Christmas Tree and I am glad to see the push-back against the PC crowd run amok. It has been along time coming.
