This guy Ed called into the Neal Boortz Show today and said something about New Orleans that was very funny and somewhat true.
It went something like this:
New Orleans, The Land Down Under
The City is Under Sea Level
The Mayor is Under the Influence
and The Representatives are Under Indictment
