I am starting to wonder what the Ohio folks are getting for sending Dennis Kucinich to Washington. From what I can tell at this point, he will be remembered as the one who kept trying to impeach Vice President Cheney and failing miserably.
If they sent him there to be one of the least effective members of the House, then they are getting what they voted for.

The loons on the left are trying to make as big a deal out of this as possible, but it just ain’t happening. They even got a crackpot member of congress to introduce a resolution to condemn Rush.

Venezuela - Actor Kevin Spacey met privately Monday with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, one of Washington’s most outspoken critics in Latin America.
Neither Spacey — who has won Academy Awards for roles in “The Usual Suspects” and “American Beauty” — nor Chavez spoke to the press after the nearly three-hour encounter in the presidential palace in Caracas. They shook hands warmly on the red carpet as Spacey left after a dinner with Chavez.
Hours earlier, the actor visited a $13 million film studio founded last year by the government to support Venezuelan filmmaking. Details were not released about the rest of Spacey’s itinerary.

Troopers arrested an MIT student at gunpoint Friday after she walked into Logan International Airport wearing a computer circuit board and wiring on her sweatshirt. Authorities call it a fake bomb; she called it art.
Star Simpson, 19, of Lahaina, Hawaii, had a white computer circuit board and wiring over a black hooded sweat shirt she was wearing, said State Police Maj. Scott Pare, the commanding officer at the airport.
“She said that it was a piece of art and she wanted to stand out on career day,” Pare said at a news conference. “She claims that it was just art, and that she was proud of the art and she wanted to display it.”
She can claim whatever she likes, it does not change the fact that she will forever be known as an idiot. Enjoy!

Rep. Dennis Kucinich Stands Alone Opposed to Sept. 11 Commemoration Resolution
Rep. Dennis Kucinich, Democratic presidential candidate and no stranger to contrarian views, was the sole congressman Tuesday to vote against the House’s Sept. 11 commemoration resolution.
Tuesday’s nonbinding resolution was a relatively short document. It had 12 “whereas” clauses — stating things like what happened the day of the terrorist attacks, who was affected and how terrorists have been targeted since then — and six resolution paragraphs establishing Sept. 11 as a day of remembrance, extending sympathies to families of victims who died and honoring those who have fought in Afghanistan and Iraq.
“It is important that Congress wake up to the truth and exercise its obligation under the Constitution to save our nation from being destroyed from the lies that took us into Iraq, the lies that keep us there, the lies that are being used to set the stage for war against Iran and the lies that have undermined our basic civil liberties here at home,” Kucinich said in a statement.
Well, he is the representative of the people in the 10 Congressional District of Ohio (Cleveland). I guess it says as much about them as it does him. They must be happy with the retched socialist democrat. They keep sending him back.

I was listening to Dennis Miller on the drive home today as I usually do. He was having a discussion about all the crap coming out of democrats mouths today about General Petraeus being a liar. MoveOn.org putting that whole Betray Us ad in the New York Times. democrats calling what Petraeus would be presenting would be filled with lies and that it was written by the Bush Administration. These people are just creeps. Sick, twisted, lose at any cost, to hell with America, Syrian Dictator worshiping, sick twisted freaks.
The thing that I got of the whole conversation was when Miller was talking about how the liberals did a preemptive strike on questioning their patriotism before they started dumping on the greatest nation in the world. How they were setting it all up, so that when they starting speaking traitorous talk we, the media and anyone else would not be able to question their patriotism. How he was feeling uneasy about calling them traitors but with all of this dumping on a 4 Star General before he even had a chance to speak and with the stupid add by MoveOn .org, he was becoming less uneasy about calling them what they are. US Democratic presidential hopeful Dennis Kucinich, on a Mideast visit that included a stop in Syria, said the country lambasted by the Bush administration deserves credit for taking in more than a million Iraqi refugees.
Kucinich, a strong anti-war opponent who trails far in the US presidential polls, also said he won’t visit Iraq on his trip to the region because he considers the US military deployment there illegal.
“I feel the United States is engaging in an illegal occupation … I don’t want to bless that occupation with my presence,” he said in an interview in Lebanon, after visiting Syria. “I will not do it.”
Kucinich, who accused the Bush administration of policies that have destabilized the Mideast, met with Syrian President Bashar Assad during his visit to Damascus. He said Assad was receptive to his ideas of “strength through peace.”

Chavez’s political allies firmly control the National Assembly, which is expected to approve the plan within several months. It then would have to be approved by citizens in a national referendum.
