Well Jimmy Carter made his bones on keeping murderous dictators in power, trashing America on foreign shores and being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Bill “Bubba” Clinton Appears that he is going to try and make his bones by not only trashing America on foreign shores but play into enviros hands and push the global warming thing.

In a show-stealing appearance rumoured to have ired the US delegation, Clinton defended the UN’s Kyoto Protocol on greenhouse gases that was ditched by his successor,     President George W. Bush, and said the switch to cleaner energy would create millions of jobs for the American economy.

“There’s no longer any serious doubt that climate change is real, accelerating, and caused by human activities,” Clinton said.

The Earth, he said, was “literally a biological miracle … it’s crazy for us to play games with our children’s future.”

He pointed to an array of gloomy scientific studies published in past weeks, including evidence that carbon dioxide levels are at their highest in 650,000 years, that glaciers in the Himalayas and Arctic sea ice were melting and the warm Atlantic currents that bathe northwestern Europe were slowing down.

The United States “is the worst offender” for the problem, said Clinton.

Bill Clinton is a liar. He surely would mean to say India or China if he were telling the truth and not showing off in front of his foreign friends. That is why global warming will never be taken seriously, because people/the left continue to lie about it. As these lies are realized, credit for the whole thing in diminished.

So Bubba, continue down your current path of trashing America, go to France and tell them how great they are and why we are the worst and the Nobel Peace Prize will be yours. But, just like Jimmy “the Rabbit” Carter you will never truly get away with it and will always be remembered for what you really are.

Nobel Peace Prize - Only for the best terrorist leaders, dictator enablers and America bashers in the world. Those that actually bring about peace to millions around the world need not apply.

United Nations - Giving murderous dictators a voice in the world. Where human rights is only excepted from the United States and nowhere else.

PK: Let me tell you, Chris. Mike Chertoff is with the president every step of the way. I met with Secretary Chertoff. Mike Chertoff has been with the president each stage over the last several days. He was there in the planning. I was with him last week when he was involved with the planning. He’s been with President Bush at every stage. And Chris, there’s sort of a frenzy here by the media. Let’s not forget the incompetence of the mayor of New Orleans. the Governor in New Orleans. They were the ones in the first instance you were required to do the job, and they didn’t. As far as President Bush, it’s wrong for you to say he wasn’t caring. He certainly was caring. But what he was not equipped for was to explain for the incompetency of local officials, or to explain the hysteria, or anticipate the hysteria created by you in the media, who go off the deep end. Let’s treat this with a little rationality, and a little bit of decency.

BT: Well, Chris, let me give you a little…

CM: You can make that charge, but the fact is that most people trust the media on this story, because the pictures of what was happening down there in New Orleans apparently got to them before they heard of any federal action. But go ahead.

PK: Chris, you are totally distorting reality, and that’s the problem with you. You’re distorting reality. You’re wrong on this story. You and MSNBC are carried away with this. You should be ashamed of yourself. You’ve disgraced yourself and the media.

I have to say that it puts a smile on my face when Chris Matthews is left with this much egg on his face.

Is that wrong?

The only sad part to all of this is that it does not happen more often. Typically Chris Matthews is so far off base, it is not a surprise that ratings are in the toilet where they should be. Probably the reason I never find the time to watch along with most everyone else.

Chris Matthews, why don’t you stop pretending to be a moderate, quit your pitiful show and go work for the democrats you know and love. Maybe it is because you are doing your part for the democrats with this sad little show.

Rumors
of deaths greatly exaggerated that is the headline of the story from the Times-Picayune.

After five days managing near-riots, medical horrors and unspeakable
living conditions inside the Superdome, Louisiana National Guard Col. Thomas Beron
prepared to hand over the dead to representatives of the Federal Emergency Management
Agency.Following days of internationally reported killings, rapes and gang violence inside
the Dome, the doctor from FEMA - Beron doesn’t remember his name - came prepared for
a grisly scene: He brought a refrigerated 18-wheeler and three doctors to process
bodies.“I’ve got a report of 200 bodies in the Dome,” Beron recalls the doctor saying.

The real total was six, Beron said.

The total was 6. The media reporting crap coming out of the mouths of anyone without
verification or corroboration. That sadly is the current state of how the media reports
the news these days. Sadly still, they hardly put as much effort into correcting their
false reporting as they do reporting it the first time.

I wonder if they will learn a lesson from this???
