Obama to Propose $5,000 Tax Credit Per New Job

Friday, January 29th, 2010

If an employer can’t afford to add a human resource/liability which would probably cost a minimum $30K, what the hell is a $5K Tax Credit gonna do for that.

This guy hasn’t a clue.

Democrats Hammered for ‘Back-Room’ Deal With Unions on Health Care

This must be the Hope & Change President Obama was speaking of.

Union Payback

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

A “Cadillac Tax” on Health Care Premiums for me but not for thee.

“The definition of irony,” Michael Steel, a spokesman for House Minority Leader John Boehner, said in a statement Thursday. “Democratic leaders today emerged from a closed-door meeting to announce a backroom ‘deal’ on health care, then brag about the ‘transparent process.’”

Hope & Change! Can you feel it.

The President Keeps Digging

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

Today the President that it might be a good idea to tax banks. If this is the best he’s got, we are in for a world hurt.

The White House pushed hard against opposition to the tax. The president spoke of “obscene bonuses” and the “twisted logic” of bank executives who oppose the tax. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs suggested the banks were trying to pass the tab for their woes to taxpayers.

Industry officials warned that the new tax could constrain bankers’ ability to make new loans, which could hurt the economy. In addition, some analysts cautioned that the plan could encourage banks, to reduce their exposure to the fee, to shift more assets and liabilities into the types of off-balance-sheet vehicles that helped sow the seeds of the financial crisis.

My thinking this is all a smoke screen to divert attention from the failing health care legislation.

A Tax By Any Other Name

Monday, September 21st, 2009

… is still a tax.

For some reason the President seems to think that requiring a person to buy insurance or be taxed is not a tax.

This guy really thinks little, of us.

Cash for Clunkers Crap

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

Only the legislature could write such crap into law that would destroy perfectly good vehicles.

Now instead of this vehicle being passed down the market food chain it has been aborted prematurely and precious environmental resources will have to be expended to replace it with a brand new vehicle.

These are the same idiots that are supposedly reforming health care. I hope they fail miserably.

Democrats’ Senate Supermajority Not as Strong as Advertised

Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

Like an oasis in the desert, the 60-vote Democratic supermajority is a mirage.

Yes, former comedian Al Franken is now Minnesota’s senator-elect — thanks to the state Supreme Court’s ruling Tuesday — giving Democrats enough members in the Senate to hit a filibuster-proof majority. This is no laughing matter.

But that’s on a really, really good day. For all intents and purposes, Democrats don’t truly have 60 votes in the Senate.

Senate Ethics Committee

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

How is it that the people in charge of investigating ethics issues in the Senate are the Senators themselves? These are the idiots we want running health care, I think not.

Regardless of the outcome of an Ensign probe, however, we are concerned that — as blogger Paul Blumenthal has written on the Web site of another watchdog group, the Sunlight Foundation — the Senate Ethics Committee is “a black hole where investigations go to die.”

The committee never took action in the case of former Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), despite abundant evidence that an oil contractor rebuilt his house and gave him other gifts never reported on his financial disclosure forms.

Bush takes swipes at Obama policies - Washington Times

Former President George W. Bush fired a salvo at President Obama on Wednesday, asserting his administration’s interrogation policies were within the law, declaring the private sector — not government — will fix the economy and rejecting the nationalization of health care.

“I know it’s going to be the private sector that leads this country out of the current economic times we’re in,” the former president said to applause from members of a local business group. “You can spend your money better than the government can spend your money.”

The castle is starting to crumble for the Bamster.

Indianapolis Tea Party

Wednesday, April 15th, 2009

Well, I attended my first ever rally today. With the exceptions of those darn pep rally’s in high school long long ago.

The attendance was more than I expected and probably more than what the IndyStar Reported which was 2,500. I had a great time.

The Thomas Paine of You Tube fame was the guest speaker and he really topped off what was really a great rally.

I’m a Right wing Extremist

Tuesday, April 14th, 2009

Who would of thunk it. Just because I beleive in the 10th Amendment (that’s a part of the Constitution ya know), enforcing the border and a few other conservative ideas, the Obama Department of Homeland Security thinks I’m a right-wing extremist.

Congress Get A Raise

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

These idiots. While the country is supposedly going to hell in a hand basket, the congress refused to stop the automatic raise that they voted for themselves. So with some of the lowest ratings in history these morons just let the automatic raise go right on through.

What great leaders by examples. The bastards that are responsible for our current situation get a raise. These clowns of congress. These makers of misery. May they all rot in hell.

EFCA: Anything but a Free Choice

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

The Employee Free Choice Act is anthing but… It introduces union thug intimidaiton and takes away the secret ballot that is currently required to vote a union in.

democrats should be ashamed of even considering this trash legislation, but the unions bought them into office and now the clowns expect to be paid back.

Past 4 Years

Friday, October 31st, 2008

I have no clue what the Obama is talking about but the last 4 years of this economy have been pretty damn good for me and my family. I bought a house, a car, power tools and many other stuffs. Now sure I no some have probably experienced some tougher times but I hardly think it is as bad as what Obama is pushing.

I seriously will be glad when this election is over. I am tired of hearing about all of this supposed gloom and doom.

Bring on November 5th.

Bottom Up Economy

Friday, October 31st, 2008

Obama says, we need an economy that works from the bottom up.

I only require one thing, show me a working model of this bottom up economy in practice. Show me one where the bottom provides jobs to the upper part.

Show me, otherwise shut the hell up.

The Obama Whine

Friday, August 29th, 2008

Today McCain did a great thing and advanced Sarah Palin as his running mate. Then Obama had the nerve to question her experience. This from an empty suit with no executive experience talking about a woman two years his junior with two years as the governor of Alaska.

Would you like cheese senator.

Palin has me sold on the idea…

Friday, August 29th, 2008

Today John McCain finally did something that has provoked me into supporting his bid for the President.

He selected Governor Sarah “Barracuda” Palin of Alaska as his running mate.

I sent him my first contribution today.

McCain’s Washington is Broken Ad

Saturday, August 23rd, 2008

I have spent the last to weeks watching the Olympics and listening to John McCain’s Washington is Broken Ad.

I am tired of hearing it and I am tired in general of politicians telling me it is broken and that they want to be elected to fix it.

Washington is the way it is because that is the way the dopes we end up electing want it.

Still not voting for McCain.

Governor Daniels, McCain Is No Reagan

Monday, April 21st, 2008

This just makes me mad. I refuse to support a party much less a candidate that refuses to support me. To say it more appropriately, I did not stop supporting the GOP, the GOP stopped supporting me.

Notice to any other party out there, if you support the conservative ideals that Reagan was all about, drop me a line. I am a conservative without a party.

Gov. Daniels: People need to get over Reagan, already

“Nostalgia is fine and Reagan’s economic plan was good,” Daniels said. “But we need to look towards the future rather than staying in the past.” Daniels added that the GOP needed to work on uniting behind Sen. John McCain instead of constantly comparing the Arizona senator with the Gipper.

If I had had my choice in this race, McCain would not have even been on my list of options.

He has still not secured my vote for November and it does not look good that he ever will. I am still planning on writing in Fred Thompson.

Hillary Clinton Lies

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

You should not be surprised. Not only is she a liberal, she is a  politician, and a Clinton.

Both synonymous with the word Lie.
