Jericho Cancelled

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

Evidently Jericho was still airing on CBS, but has now been cancelled.

My initial reaction was; Jericho, seems like I’ve heard of that. Then; oh yeah, it seems like I watched part of an episode some time ago.

I guess I was completely turned off because I never watched another episode.

Reading some of the reaction at Instapundit, it seems as though the show went all Hollywood anti-war, anti-America and proceeded down hill from there.

So for me, if this is yet another failure of Hollywood trying to press it’s agenda, then I am happy with the outcome. It gives me hope.

I am sure they will continue to try, for they are liberals after all. An alternate definition of insanity.

American Idol Returns

Wednesday, January 16th, 2008

Finally my American Idol has returned and I can finally stop holding my breath.

As Drudge has posted today that the ratings for the premier are the lowest in four year, it does not take away from the great production and entertainment value. Besides I am sure many many left wing nut bags were watching the democrats debate in Nevada. Not bloody likely.

Just like the economy can’t be on the upside all the time. Ratings for hit TV series can’t either. That does not mean they still aren’t a hit. I am sure the other network would love to be making the ad revenue this show will surely make.
